Our last segment from the floor at this year's Passport to Unity, been talking to a lot of people here including Cindy Ellen Crawford from the war of 1812 who tells us that things are gearing up for the once in two hundred year celebration.
The actual celebrations kick off at Fort St. Joesph National Historic site on July 17 to 18 and then moves to town July 19 to 21 at the Ermatinger - Clergue National Historic Site.
Cindy tells us that people can re-live the moment including taking a paddle from the Sault to St. Joseph Island for more on that and all thing 1812 visit algoma1812.com
Meanwhile Heidi talks to another vendor, a first time for this service in the Sault that offers to do all your grocery shopping watch the video to find out more.
