POLICE HANDCUFFS AND JAILOn the 16 June 2012, Robert Dumanski (age 49) of 318 Whitney Ave was arrested by patrol officers on an unrelated non criminal matter and was to be released.

He was at the city police station when he decided to plug the toilet with the blanket he had been given for comfort. He repeatedly flushed the toilet flooding the cell area.

When officers responded to the cell and entered it to remove the blanket he threatened to “put a bullet in their heads”. Hence…Mr. Dumanski is now housed at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center and will be appearing in bail court on Monday charged with mischief and threatening.
