Superior East Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Chapleau Detachment received a theft complaint on June 17, 2012. A cement mixer was reported stolen from the Chapleau Town Cemetery on Highway 129. The mixer is yellow and green in colour, is attached to a trailer and is equipped with a 5 hp Yamaha motor.
It is believed that the mixer was taken sometime over the past 2 weeks. OPP continue to investigate this theft, anyone with any information is requested to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers.
