59 year old Craig Herriman of no fixed abode was charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling house. It is alleged that on the 15th of June 2012 the accused was found in a house on Ohio Ave. When he was confronted by the homeowner, the accused fled. The accused was identified through a police investigation and charged. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 23, 2012.
