ELLIOT LAKE ROOF COLLAPSEA class action lawsuit has been filed from the victims of the Algo Centre Mall Collapse in Elliot Lake.

22 people were injured and two others were killed when a portion of the roof top mall collapsed June 23.

Details of who is named in the lawsuit will be released later today. The mall's owner Bob Nazarian has been silent since the June 23rd disaster. He could be named along with the city of Elliot Lake.

The shopping mall, the biggest shopping mall between Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury employed hundreds of people - all are now off the job though some employers such as Zellers and Foodland will continue to pay their employees.

It is not certain what will happen to the mall.
