Assumptions are so overrated! People assume you’re rude, just because, by gosh, you speak your mind! Some think you’re opinionated, because you answered their question. You get it, people just assume things that satisfy their world.Joe Vitale had it right when he said, “We live in a world of sound bites, these days. People hear a five second statement and make all kinds of assumptions...they hear a statement and create a solution in their minds based on the part of what they’ve heard. Then they’re upset when it doesn’t work.” Now think about that for a sec. Makes sense, doesn’t it? But we don’t like to admit it. So we won’t. We’ll keep it under our hat. And the next time we are ready to jump to conclusions, we won’t. We’ll just listen. And think a bit before we speak. Sometimes silence is golden. And as Eckhart Tolle believes too, Stillness Speaks.
So assume nothing,... Just Because!
